if iam right your problem with the rear brake is that it takes a lot of pressure to act and if you press it with a lot more force it locks up the rear.in short the brakes are not progressive. right !!!
well my friend! that is pulsar 220 for you. learn to brake with the front and use rear in conjugation with the front and not alone. it will start to get better as you put more mileage on the bike.
solution:whenever you stop at traffic light and wait for the light to turn green, pump the rear brake with your foot ,overtime it will show more bite . wash your rear disc regularly or wipe it with a wet cloth every alternate day to prevent sound coming from disc on applying brakes.

    2. Auto Choke has stopped working by itself (Bajaj SVC GZB Spent 4 hours to locate the problem, they changed all the sensors but problem still remains).

before the second service, when i used to start the bike in morning it used to start without reving the throttle and the autochoke use to rev the RPM to 2200-2400 for few seconds (10 to 15) and used to come back to normal idle speed....not any more.

the autochoke gets activated when the surrounding temp is low and not during warm days. if your bike starts without the use of auto choke then its not a concern. however get the temperature sensor checked.

    3. RPM is not stable since 1st service, if i increase it then, when the machine gets hot after few KMS the RPM shoots 2000 plus in slow speed, if lowers it then it wont start in morning !!!!, need to give approx 7-8 starters.

Never touched n e thing in carb...except for once when i reduced the RPM as in HOT condition (driving after 20 kms) suddenly the RPM shoot up to 4000 by itself on a redlight.

do you mean to say after riding for 20kms the bike was idiling at a higher rpm ? if yes then its normal coz after the bike is revved hard or when it gets very hot the bike idles at a slightly higher rpm but returns to normal when it cools down. never adjust rpm when the engine is hot .rpm is best adjusted when the engine is warm

if by rpm rising to 4k you meant the rpm rose as if your choke was activated then i believe it may be the faulty temperature sensor which is causing the auto choke to get activated.

the chain makes a wierd noise, that SVC is not able to identify till date !!!.

no mods, no accidents not even a smallest one....it started with a screeching sound, iwent to SVC and they lubricated the chain , after 3 days it again showed up.... its a weired sound like something is sticking on the chain at it comes from rear end.
see if the chain guard is correctly placed in its groove and not touching the chain. clean the chain regularly and lube it. check the slackness of chain .and get the front and back sprocket checked.

weired sound -if its a light krrrrrrrrrrrrr... sound its normal. if its kat kat...then you need to check the chain.

lastly get your bike serviced from PBK showroom

all your queries were previously discussed by members in the 220dtsi and fi thread .pls go through the thread you will get to know a lot about 220.remember no pain no gain

regarding your brake i think you are using it in a wrong way (no-offense meant) but since you have shifted from a bullet. tell us do you use your front brake??

regarding chain noise ...........it is an open chain, so put your vehicle on center stand and try to find out.............i think you should be able to locate teh fault.............

for the rest of problems visit a pro-biking service center immediately.

      and never fiddle with carb.

      Sorry Chief !!! ....

will take care in future....getting it to PRO-BIKING tommrow at CP ...will update you about the experience....

About the auto choke not working... A friend of mine had the same problem on his 220. The SVC guys checked what is called the relay, (located just above the battery a little to the right) its a part of the circuitry.
          That fixed the problem...
