I am planning to get a new bike for college and coaching class commuting. (I will also be touring in the hills very occasionally)

I was looking at Yamaha FZ16 simply because of the performance, style and reliabilty.
But the biggest hurdle comes due to the fuel consumption which is mere 40Kmpl average.
And with the hike in petrol prices and my low earnings on posket money it has become a strict no no.

But with the launch of Honda Unicorn CB Dazzler I decided to drop the style quotient and give more importance to practicality.

As far as i know:

1.Honda is as reliable as Yamaha with highly refined engines.
2.The fuel consumtion is good at 55Kmpl average(I will do a semi urban commute:8KM highway and 4 KM City)
3.The presence of rear disk brakes increases the safety feature.
4.Style may be not drop dead as FZ16 but i am satisfied.
5.In quickness its just little behind FZ16, but i dont mind that little.

I want suggestion if i should go with the purchase of Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler or there are other options with my requirements.

I would also like to know if it is possible to change the tyres of the Dazzler to something like that of FZ16.
