    3.Big bore kit- 7k

Even your RTR's issue somewhat points towards the same symptom. Get the crankshaft/bearing checked.
thank you! i'll change them asap. Please suggest some mods for my bike for increasing its performance.

Sure will get it checked once the head is opened.....but my engine is supersmooth when its cool...but once i run for about 15 kms then its starts shivering....after 108...though yesterday my frend managed to do 122 on it with a pillion while i was strugling on his 160 hyperedge(with K&N ) at around 119.....so plzz could u tell me tht which jet size shld be used to upjet his 160 mileage is not an issue just want his top speed back...and can they be run on stock plug and cable

Please suggest me an option whether to change them or is there any other alternative.

other points are ok but i guess 100/90-17 is a thinner tyre than the stock rtr 180's 110/80-17...so how will it reduce the top end and mileage bro....
    lol,

    I confused it with RTR 160! which i guess has 90/90? :O
