i had the exact same problem with my bike an year ago, get the fork springs changed if they have improper slack, also the front tire may be the culprit..and while replacing the oil see that the mechanic puts in exact amounts of oil in both the forks, 150 ml is the recommended norm for pulsar.. but u can put in around 175 for a firmer front suspension and better handling
also check the steering head bearing for pitting,u can place the bike on the main stand and try turning handle from side to side softly.. this is to feel any notchiness.. if its present then ur bearing needs to be replaced

I do feel the front tire and forks may be the culprits here

I too had the same problem same bike(pulsar 150 dtsi analog alloys)
I got an mrf 90/90 front and a ceat vertigo 120/80 rear
man, plz bear with me for asking this question in this specific thread.
u r using 90/90 front and 120/80 rear na? are they tubed or tubeless? howz the handling in front especially...? then is there any engine related issues because of fatter tyres on both sides? i think the avg and acceleration are compromised... but dont the front feel heavy? howz it behaving in corners? wht about the rear stability? did u made any changes in swing arm to accomodate 120/80? i too planned to go for the same specification rubbers on both front and rear, for my p 150 ug 3. thats y 'm asking too many questions. i found u are the better person to clarify my doubts as u r using the specifications wht i planned for. i wanna go for these mod this december 9th. plz share ur experience as it will be helpful for me... i would like to ask more ques... but let me spare them for ur reply.
            thanks in advance...

Looks like its a common problem for all PULSAR 150 UG2.even mine is same case.I changed the front tyres to TVS Apache ones but the problem persists.my bike has run almost 38k now.yet to change the rear tyre.Infact came across this thread searching for possible rear tyre options.I gave my bike for mid life re-painting to mech. He told me he'll check the chasis too when stripped down for any problems. Castrol guys are of no use.it runs fine for 2k them again the problem arises. I too doubt the front fork for this somehow.

has your problem been solved now?

                ^^^

Tvs tyres are not good choice dude. They wear out unevenly. When its new it will not show any sign of wobbling but as it get older u will face the issue ( what i am facing with my bike now ) .

                    ^^^

Change the cone set, check for bents in fork and also wheel bearing. I hav changed cone set in my bike. The prob has almost gone. Waiting to change front tyre then the handling will be back i hope.
