1.I just fitted the air filter no carb tuning has been done(engine is heating up but not sure if it is abnormal),what size jet will be best for my bike?
2.How much does jetting cost and whats the fair price to pay the Mechanic?
3.I'm almost certain that my vehicles warranty is void but will the Service center refuse to Do periodic Service on my Vehicle? Or should i remove the Filter and Re-install the original Air filter before Taking the bike to service?
4.Is it okay to leave the Air-box open after installing the air filter?Does it cause additional mileage short?
Expecting your answers(especially for the 3rd one)

The moment u make any alterations in your bike ur warranty is totally voided so dude i am sure these all the services which you would be going for will be paid and not the free ones

since u did it by yourself what i think is that there might be some problem with the coolant system of your bike do take some precautionay steps otherwise it will cause you heavy on your pocket.

Guess its the crankcase breather or ventilation tube. The crank case breathes through this tube ,so it is connected to the air filter box to ensure filtered air into crank case. When the engine is running one can feel both vacuum and pressure.
BTW which is that white pipe used?

So does it cause trouble if the crankcase breathing thingy gets unfiltered air??? the white pipe is just a pvc pipe used to connect the airfilter to the carb

Oil becomes dirty faster...Dirt in oil means???will flow through full engine parts.

It pulls and pushes air to maintain a constant pressure inside the crank case.
