        Have this issue in P220

I am facing the same issue in my P220 from such a long time.. It wobbles from 55-60 or so till 75-80.. But you will notice only when you leave your hands.. Wheel Balancing should solve this issue as per experts.. Sad that I couldnt find any one who does it for 2 wheelers

@Vinal: How many kms done on your 220, the issue could be more with your cone set/steering races, which usual give way around 12-14K kms.

I had a similar prob on my 220, but later realized it was due to another problem, wherein the front tyre's beading had slipped in a bit due to hitting a pothole at highspeed when there was less air pressure in the front tyre!

            Get the T cone checked

            Get the wheel balacing done

Make sure the wheel is not loose

Check if there are any signs of a crash on the bike which might have caused this sudden wobbling.

U told that this wobbling happened after the service. You have to figure it out why it is happening only after the service. Are you sure it is happening only after the service? Did you fall in any pothole at high speeds? Try to recollect.

Generally, Cone set is the culprit for the wobbling. I had it replaced twice now. Cone set is a ball bearings at the top of the cone (near the key hole) (I do not exactly know the terminology). You go to service and ask them ball race kit for karizma. It would cost you around 200 bucks.

Also, as told by Technocrat, check other possibilities too.

i think the prob lies in the weights in the alloys................
get the balancin done and get the weights checked, that'll solve it........

You need to check the following:

See if the tyre is installed properly on the rim. All tyres come with a thread which can be seen running alongside. The thread is there so that you can judge if the tyre is installed evenly. Best thing to do is to get the tyre re-fitted by a tyrewalla.

If the above doesnt work check the fork alignment and the "T" at an authorized service center.

another thing which you gotta look out for when u talk about front wheel wobbling is the fork oil. If not put evenly wobbling occurs, Were your forks drained of their oil and new oil was put? if u have ure bill after ure service it will state that. if fork oil is not put according to the recomended level then wob. will occur. also chck ure fork oil seals if either one of them are gone and oil's leaking then again thats ure problem.

remmeber this sollution in unison with all the other suggestions though as the problem could be any one of these

I had never changed the fork oil, what are the periodical times to change front fork oil? and which oil is the best?,Now after 31st night 215kms ride bike is going like a Fishtail.

Change fork oil every 15k km. The exact amount is 144 + or - 2. Do not fill more. Check the T-stem and Fork for alignment. Check whether the front tyre fitted properly. Check for the wheel balancing. If you correct all these problems, it should be good.

Also, change cone set (ball races kit).
