      ARF setting is at 5.25 turns. (I used to keep it at 4-4.25 turns & that slightly rich.) Problem is still there. Making it lean will further worsen it.

        AFR at very rich will make the idle rpm unstable,please try this too,change afr to optimal and check.

          problem is very much noticeable with optimal setting. Even a person standing next to bike can say that. Just did that.
          And talking about idle rpm..
          Yeah, it should be unstable (theoretically) but its not. Also mileage should decrease but it hasn't.
          Now I'm Back to 5 turns.

                  Going by the list of things tat you have done and what is still pending, I would suggest the following..
                  1. Check and correct/change the throttle position sensor on the Carburetor,
                  2. Check for air leaks in inlet manifold..little holes or cuts in the rubber hoses.
                  3. Check for vacuum leak ..there will be vacuum tube at the neck of carb., check for cracks or loose fitting..
                  You seem to have minor air leak in the system..
                  I am presuming your top end high RPM performance is acceptable.

                    checked points #2 & 3 no leakes found.
                    About point #1 you sure stunner also got throttle position sensor?
                    Asking because I haven't found it.
                    And yes top end performance is good.

                          check ur electricals
                          check the carb and clean it with petrol, particularly the idle jet
                          dont use some carb cleaner
                          and check ur power soil.....

                            Like psr'jee , I also believe your engine is either not getting sufficient petrol flow or getting too much air in the mix , thereby making it lean . Check every point where either of these two conditions can happen . Pay special attention to parts like carb , which you have cleaned or adjusted yourself/mechanic earlier . 99% of the time a problem was found was from my own mistake . Got it right the second time , everytime .

                              @broadwheeler,
                              tried everything you stated not once but twice still problem persist.
                              @pinaki,
                              I also think its either less petrol flow or too much air flow. But how to know.. Any idea for eliminating either of it??

                                @honda_cbf

                                Sorry for the late reply bro.Ya swap it with another cbf stunner carb and check.And do report back.And give ur carb to the person whom ur swapping ur carb with and also tell him to report bak but don't tell him about the issues ur facing

                                And regarding ur misfiring issue tell ur mechanic to clean the air convertor cable for carbon deposits.I had this hollow kinda misfiring issue solved it this way.
