  • How to remove Cd Marker Ink Drops

Hello , i am shaking the marker to make it working & the cap was removed , so while shaking ink drops come out from it & go to rest on mudguard of my bike ,as soon as i noticed it , i putted water to remove it , but some part remained there , visited to the coating guy & even his scratch remover solution is unable to remove it . Is there any way i can remove that ink drops its looking really bad red dots on white mudguard .

It should come off easily with a few drops of petrol!

another thing that you can try is to spray any deodorant on the ink marks and wipe it clean (tell me if this works for you).

Try kerosene spray and wipe it off might work.

Kerosene is also not working .

Will try the deodorant thing , if not then will search for the nail paint remover & try it but i have doubt that it will remove color of mudguard also

No bro dont use nail polish remover it contains acetone.. Surely gonna damage the paint.
Try ethanol or lab spirit.. My dad removed fevi-quick from our car's hood, it worked without damaging the paint.

                had the same problem
someone spilled ink purposefully on my bike

and i applied petrol but no use so got it rubbed and 99% of the ink went but even the paint faded a little n got dull in that region

But as i wash my bike daily , the marker ink is now faded out & not visible even with close look .
Mods this thread has surved its purpose

Use thinners, will work without dulling the paint underneath or damaging the clear coat.

Already tried at that time , but no use . And now it not needed as my daily wash solved the problem , nothing is there on mudguard .
