In my bike I am also suspecting dirty throttle body. Will be getting it cleaned this weekend and get the CO reset to a little rich AFR. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Unfortunately, The problem amplifies when big bore is bolted on.
Joel Please share your wisdom on this ... Are we heading in right direction ??
Cleaning the throttle body solved my problem.
Saddest part was Khivraj Indira nagar refused to do the job for me, reason they dont service FI engines anymore. However they have serviced my bike more than 3 instances earlier.
So got my hands dirty and opened up the throttle body at home and was'nt surprised to see black layer of dirt and oil covering the fly-wheel and throttle body cylinder. Just a wipe using a soft cloth was sufficient.

Now engine is responding much better .. no jerks in low RPMs and no dying engine .
Will be finishing 500Km running in on the BB tomorrow. Hoping for the best from the Big bore.
