Mechanic have no idea about that. As ur reply bs29mikuni carburator main jet is in pulsar180 is 117.5,now pulsar150ug4.5 also come with bs29 carburator.then i think main jet size is 150also 117.5,the rtr180's main jet is 124 mikuni.(carb also bs29)is it suit for my bikesir?In our area all are fitted knn induction type filter in the airboxthrough cutting the box bcoz of water entering problem, this likefitting cause any complaint..What is the logic about my milege increasing upto 70km.? And thefilter sound goes down.?

About your query regarding K&N filter, well this has been discussed to death and you will find many threads like yours posted by newbies who don't care to search the forum and read what's already posted. Then it should most probably be 117.5
go for the main jet of karizma, its 120. it should solve it. it is hard to find, and most of the spares guy would be searching jets as per the brand and models.
go to the spares of hero honda, if there is no stock place an order, might take 2 weeks.
for the time being try tuning with the current jet, check the no: of turns and please get back.
get the tuning right.
For getting to know the difference, remove the air filter box completely, get a smal hose and connect the filter directly to the carb.
But one personal suggestion, use of k&n filter does provide some small gains in acceleration, but it is not worth going for it. sell it and stick to the air box.
