RXG. Engine is in stock condition with an expansion chamber. It achieves top speed of 110 kmph (on speedo).
Mileage of bike varies between 30 to 41 as per riding style, road condition, etc (you know the rest
).Now I want to go for some performance modifications without reducing much mileage and engine life.
Planning to do the following.
1. Good air filter, UNI or K&N or as per suggestions.
2. Upjetting the existing carburetor.
3. Custom reeds.
4. Expansion chamber.
5. 5 speed bore, head and piston (luckily I am getting)
6. 5 speed gear box.
7. Disk setup in front and rear.
8. Good tires with grip both on tarmac and concrete.
9. Digital CDI.
10. Spark plug.
11. Sprockets of 5 speeds.
Please let me know pros and cons of each. Or suggest me what I am missing or what I am planning which is unnecessary.
I will not be participating in any rally or drag. I just need my ride to run in parallel to ZMA or somewhat fast
, without much pressure on engine, while touring with friends.Please let me know how to check whether the 5 speed block which I am getting is re-sleeved or not?
Would this block-head-piston-gearbox kit help me in case of performance?
Is upjetting is reversible?
Does expansion chamber reduce bore life?
