I've one 94 model Herohonda splendor bike which I would like to repaint and do the necessary modifications for comfortable long rides..So, please suggest..

As for modifications for long trips, try getting multiple saddle and tank bags installed, and get it overgeared:
1. Measure your bike's present secondary ratio (no. of teeth in rear sprocket / no. of teeth in front sprocket)
2. Choose another bike's chain-sprocket kit which has a slightly lower secondary ratio than your existing setup.
Get an experienced mechanic to work on this. And you might have to insist on getting the work done. For more help, check this thread:

Hey even Im looking for the original silencer for splendour 99 make. Recently had to fix the NEW silencer kit which sounds too lame. Really missing the old firing sound...any suggestions?Comment
