Shell Speed..

Changed to Shell. The guy there folds his hands and greets every customer with a 'namaste'.
You are mandated to get off the bike. And if you're seen talking on the phone, the manager comes running to stop that.
The guy greets you again while leaving, not before explaining how good Shell petrol is.

A healthy Pulsar 220 should give mileage between 32-38 Kmpl. I suggest you to do the following thing.

Fill the fuel tank full
Take your bike for a long ride, around 100 kms.
after the ride fill the tank again to full and check how much can your tank can hold. by this you can check the mileage given by your ride for those 100 kms.

If still it is 10-15 kmpl, then take your ride to authorized service center, if they are not co-operating then escalate it to Bajaj Customer care.

Don't use trial and error techniques or guess work for the problem, it can harm and cost more. There are many reasons for less mileage. Let service center guys do the needful.

As about fuel station. i doubt because i too had that thing first in my mind , changed a couple of fuel stations. i always take bill.

Also if anyone knows any genuine trustworthy Mechanic who can confirm me about the parts and their condition.

I have filled bajaj service complaint form.

My friend who recently brought P220 Fi is getting 53kmpl.I am getting 53kmpl on my splendor.How is this stuff even possible?We both don't drive harsh.
