      No problem with spark plugs.
And more than 32 degree celcius i dont think autochoke would ignite. It works only with low temp. Cold.

Might be clutch plates fault ??

You are getting unnecessarily worried. The problem is only with the carb setup and nothing else.Tune it properly.

But after riding found the carb. Drain out pipe wet with petrol.
            Only after i ride.
Petrol does not flow while standstill or lean or on side stand.

Pulsar 220. Fuel from carb. Drain pipe

Just got my bike 1000 kms
And around one and half month.

Problem is this that petrol leaks from carb drain out pipe black one ehich is from carb. Down side.
              Petrol leaks only after drving.
Fuel does not leak while bike is parked or just standstill.
I found petrol when i come back from a ride and see this pipe its wet.

Fuel average was 38 to 40 before
Which is now 30 only .
              I ride below 4 k rpm.

              Reason is fuel leak.
              Please help.

First of all, the cold start problem you guys are talking about is not a problem. It is not a mixture problem. It is the way a P220 wakes up from deep sleep. I am babysitting a friend's P220F and whenever I start her in the morning, there are always hiccups. What you have to do is, push the starter and gently blip the throttle and let the auto choke take it from there. After auto choke switches off and engine comes back to idling, start riding slowly. After a 20-30 seconds, bike will run just fine.

About the fuel leak, try tightening the screw which is right above the black drain tube. If this screw is opened, the carb is drained. Tighten it to close that path. If it still leaks then there's a problem with the carb float or float pin.

Topic re-opened. The problem still exists as Yash told me just now on facebook.

Yash, please be sure before approaching mods about a decision. Tell us what problems are you facing now.

Whenever i drive about 2 to 3 kms
And i check carb. Drain pipe its wet with petrol means petrol is leaking.

On ghe left side of carb. The carb. Drain screw is too tight so
                          Petrol should not leak ??

                          Leak is only on driving
If bike is standstill on parking even say 12 hours no leak but after driving found leak.
And fuel avg. reduced to 29 from 38.

my carb doesnt hav that drain tube so the fuels drops on my right feet occasionally but still im getting above 37 FE..btw the mech tightened the drain screw to a extent that the grew shaved off in one end

Pavan has pointed out the most likely solution.Check the float in the chamber of the carb. When defective or when it is not mounted properly, there is a tendency for overflow it seems that your float is not functioning well and tends to flood the chamber.Does your air-box/ manifold pipe(Airbox to carb) get wet with petrol when you find the leak? It seems that the mechanic has opened your carb to clean it while trying to fix your starting hiccup. He may have goofed up a bit while reassembling it.Tie a tight knot on the pipe that will arrest the petrol spillage but this is only a temporary solution.
