  • [Photo Feature]: Sprocketting for my Bike...

    Hey Guys,
I M Using P180 UG4 from last 3 Years and after all these years i found this an awesome beast... but now after the use of 3 years i have done many long rides and my Sprockets are all got finished so now i m planing to change it... but here i saw some post about Sprocketting... so Can any of u guys suggest me for a smaller rear sprocket for my P180 UG4 coz i do longs on my bike and for that i need better fuel efficiency and i found sprocketting a easy way to do then to alter any of the engine interiors...

Any Recommendation will be mostly welcomed... pls suggest the smallest rear sprocket which can fit to my Bilk Easily.......

    Thanks In Advance........

Topic Closed, because a thread already exists (read below).

Your P180 UG4 has a setup of 14/39 (no. of teeth front/ rear) on chain pitch .520.

Just fit in the P200 UG1's kit (14/38) or the P220 Fi's kit (14/37) or the P220 DTSi's (14/36) depending on how much overgearing you want.

Do check the chain length, it should be exactly 104 links. And these kits are direct fit.

Also, if you have further queries, thread about sprocketing already exists, so kindly post there: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...sprockets.html
