and sorry for not being able to reply in PM, actually i was checking through mobile. infact now a days i am olnine mostly through mobile only.

checked my circuit and its working fine now i am able to use stock switches for low and high beam for HID...

hey bro, i too had same problem using hid HI/LO beam with stock switch. please help me how to bypass BCU???

for using hid with hi/lo on stock switches in pulsar 180 this is the circuit. i am using the same for hid in my pulsar 180 ug4
you need two spdt relay

do not use hid wiring harness only use ballast, hid and solenoid (solenoid is for high and low beam) leave every other thing
the wire for solenoid is in the bulb only see the image the blue circled part is connector for solenoid.

a humble request, use the bulb with glare shield, do not use HID bulbs without glare shield.

ok tell what happened exactly ??

had you made it correctly confirm with the image on page 1 as it worked with my pulsar 180 ug4 so this circuit is a tested one.
