Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

      Well,
Though 'am not sure about the model, this is a 2 stroke Liquid cooled, moto cross bike, it is likely to be Honda 90cc ( try to google out)
Rear wheels of 16" & front of 19" ....that much 'am sure, one of our friend has it ( Honda LC 90cc MX)..will check with him & revert you....but will be ideal Moto Cross bike for Kids !!

There is a guy here in Bangalore who has a bunch of two-stroke MX bikes, along with a couple of quad-bikes. He has got mostly 125cc Yamaha's - though I am not sure of the model. He rents them out quite often. Will try to get a pic and the model number.

          Can you identify this bike?

Saw this bike in Chennai. It has Honda CBR 150R written on it but looks pretty different from the other 150R-s I've seen before. The fairing in particular seems to be much narrower and the the whole bike much more compact.

I suspect it might be a mod, but the fact that it looks so professionally done and non-tacky unlike most mods leaves a bit of doubt in my mind as to whether it is some variant of the 150R that I havent heard of before. Possibly imported from a SE Asian country?

What do you guys think? Mod or something else?

            Approved and merged!

Looks like a mod to me.

            Reasons:

            1. Front disc belongs to Karizma.
            2. 18 inch wheels.
            3. Handle bars as frame sliders.
            4. Strange looking (can I saw gawdy) HLs.

            P.S - I maybe wrong if it's actually a production bike.

Re: Please help identify this Bike model

This is a CBR150.. the older models came with this setup.. also note the rear disc brakes also note the frame and the engine cover on the clutch plate side.. clearly mentions Honda

That's an old Honda CBR150R, Thailand version which is what we wanted here in India, which would had made the life of R15 miserable, it's got really good power of around 20bhp with a great top end as well, . .

                    Cheers!!!

Re: Can you identify this bike?

Honda brought these bikes in india around 2 years back when they conducted one-make races. One was the CBF stunner category and the other 150 cc category had these bikes. Honda had made it clear then that they were strictly for the races and will not be launching in India.

Actually, the Karizma's discs belong to this bike

BTW nice merge there, didnt know such a thread existed. I have many such 'how come I don't know this bike!' moments

Is the blue bike in the background a Suzuki Gixxer or an R15 v1

Also is the red car a skoda octavia?
