OK, now I'm a bit more confused....
While some of you say that NS is meant to be ridden like that, and 2k rev is normal, 2NS owners say that the bike can be rolled of without any throttle.

Only common suggestion that I found is the CLUTCH adjustment. Will try that.

Also do you all think that The AFR screw is tuned to a somewhat leaner mix. SOme of the owners in the NS thread had complained of this earlier..

clutch, clutch, clutch... adjust the clutch so that the bike just jumps off as you release the clutch even 2cms.... And make the afr richer... This combination will make your bike fly(literally)... Try it...

After a boring afternoon, I decided to take my NS for a Sprint.. But since I still have not got the Regn No, so have to restrict my fun in the locality itself. now, after a short ride, decided to do something about the high rev problem.
Came back, and read a saved article of tuning the AFR screw from my lappy. Again took my bike for a Spirited ride, so as to make her hot. Made her stand with the engine on, and adjusted the idle screw to 1.5k. Now took a screw driver to turn the AFR screw clockwise direction to make it a little richer. And VOILA!!!!!!!!!, my bike now rolls off with just a slight twist of the throttle.

Thanks to @Rahuldevnath for uploading the picture locating the AFR screw, and also suggesting that the problem could be becoz of AFR being leaner.
Also thanks to @Rahulbarik as he suggested over phone to make just SLIGHTEST turn of the AFR screw.

So friends, if any of u gonna try it,
          1) make sure the engine is hot.
          2) For AFR screw - If u take 100 points to be a full screw rotation, the turn just 5/100. (i.e. the slightest turn possible) The screw turns very easily, and u dont have to apply any force. So keep your eyes and ears wide open. Turn Clockwise direction to make the AFR richer.

CAUTION - It is not recommended to fiddle with the AFR screw, untill your bike has scored 10k kms (My NS is just 22kms). Also, guys with no experience of this, better not try this alone. (My 1st time)
