Now, this issue has taken strange turn. My bike is able to get start with battery cranking, but horns, tail light, indicator and headlight have become weak. Not sure what happened? Mechanics are still scratching their head because of this. I have already replaced RR for my bike.

Time to head to your battery dealer, tell them to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte (if possible, swap the battery with another healthy battery, and go for a short spin with full load, as in headlamp on & honking all the way).. Maybe either your battery is at fault or maybe a small short or magneto problem.
