HELP! R15 v1 engine check light and temperature light stays on after startup ?!?

    4 HID's on that 3.5 ah battery.. dude .. its the projectors.. here people dont take a risk of putting even 1 on stock battery...
    if you cannot go back to stock.. atleast get some wiring done so you can use only 2 at a time and switch to other 2 when needed.. 4 of them will over load the wiring
    and gulp the battery in no time..

    upgrade to a 9 amp battery and use 2 projectors max at a time.. this will last longer...

        Hello Everyone,
        I had a great owning and riding my Red R15 beauty. I bought in Oct 2010.
        Recently I am facing an issue. I am not sure if any one of you have experienced the same.

        One day while riding suddenly my bike stopped and engine problem yellow light showed up on display. Then display got completely off. I had remote ignition installed on my bike. So I started with that and it worked. Then I took it to service station and they found that one wire was loose inside. So that was minor issue.

        Then after few days, my bike's display again didn't lit up when I put my key into it. I tried remote system also which didn't work. Then I had to push the bike to some distance manually while putting it into gear and start the engine. (Same old desi method ) I took again to service station.

        They said relay had gone bad. So they changed relay which connects to the ignition. So it worked and I was back home. But after reaching home when I stopped engine and pulled the key out a strange loud noise was coming from bike near engine. It was loud enough to be noticed. And after 15-20 minutes it was fine.
        And for next few days same thing happened. After starting bike and riding and then stopping engine, the sound came.

        Then one day again Display problem. I thought I should change battery as it was almost 2 and half years that I had not changed it. So I bought new Exide battery and got that installed.
        And then Display was again fine.

        Now the very next day, I pushed key inside and again the damn display was off.... I had to again push it to start it.
        Now, today when I pushed it to start, engine trouble light showed up. And it kept on while riding. And bike was not running smoothly. There were continuous jerks and it didnt speed up. I had to then switch it off.

        Now it is standing at my home. Service station is 100 kms away. What do I do? I have checked fuse as well. It is fine.
        Please help. (
