Also, is HID projector a cop magnet? I had the option of fitting one but some of my friends told me that cops will catch if projectors are used.. Also, with projectors, I'd lose my ability to use pass light...

Use hid with 4300k temp that will be good brighter yellow in colour same as cars and have more visibility

I think led never produces much heat. Though they have provided fan may be reliable. I have plans to replace the existing bulb with led. And use fog lamp of 35w existing bulb somewhere on the leg guard. But design of lamp matters because it looks odd. I cant fix led in fog lamp because the bulb is huge in size. I mean a bit lengthy than hid.

Poorly designed led can generate lots of heat. I had a 2xAA led torch which had heat sink to cool it down. As for the design, I prefer rounded rectangle shaped reflectors placed on the leg guards..or even placed below the indicator lights if it's small enough..

Some doubts bro. I have driven a bike with led lamps. The brightness is close to HID. But the color temperature is 6000k and I can't see any potholes. And also those smd/led heatup. But in led fog lamps I cannot find any heat sink. This made to again jump for halogen. Let the rains go off now. And will start the work soon

At 6000k, I think it's pretty much useless in bad weather since it scatters away. That's the reason for you not able to see potholes. To confirm this, try the same bulbs in the rain with light yellow filter placed on them. Fog lamps, as far as I know, does not focus light properly onto the roads. I'll check with my current setup soon when I travel in the highways. Else, I'll have to go for spot light setup. If you are to buy new lights, check if they are 4300k(normal yellow lights) for better rain/fog visibility...

Today I bought a pair of 55W Yellow fog lamps. I just checked one lamp now. Its bright bro. Totally happy.
Next plan to fix a Relay and a separate switch for them. Today I welded a clamp on each of my leg guards. I sent them to paint and it will take 2-3 Days. I will soon update the followings.

Anybody having UG5/4, please check this.
You need to show me a positive wire in the wiring circuit of Pulsar. So when the Key is ON, Current should flow through it without engine or the Switches in ON position.
When the Key goes OFF, Current Shouldn't flow though it. Else I need to fix my Fog lamp directly to Ignition Switch

Is the light focus good for road use? You could have bought 35w bulbs to minimize the power drain.. What's the price? What's the color temperature? Is it halogen?

Simply check with the bulb or multi meter, if available at the ignition junction plug by switching on and off the ignition..

35w fogs are not available. Very bright bulb. Color temp may be around 3000k and yellow. Price is 150 per piece. The same was 300 in ebay. I know it will be heavy for battery. Once fitted check for everything. But fixing a relay will safeguard the wirings.

150 per piece seems like a good deal.. Did you buy it from car accessories shop? If wiring requires to be safe, I think the best way would be to manually make another circuit directly from the battery with its own fuse. Else you'd have to adjust your existing fuse as required by the overall circuit. Can you put up a picture of the bike with the lights attached to it?

Not yet. It takes 2-3days to paint the leg guards. As soon as everything gets ready, i will post the pictures

Hey bro, is it ok if i connect the fogs in the stock wiring? I am really afraid about it that it may heat electricals and burn switches
And BTW i found that wire which is connected to the switch. Its the copper color wire. Once key is ON, current flows through it. It is everywhere in the wiring. But my question is whether i can directly fix my fogs to it?
My plan B is to use a seperate ignition switch from other bikes and directly connect to battery without relay circuit. I think plan B is safe and wont harm any electricals. Maintaing voltage is left to me. I will keep an eye using voltmeter as my previous experiment. Past a month i am searching a 0-24 volt analog voltmeter. Since 3 of my digital ones are already dead due to 10A current.
Finding analog is difficult these days. Those ones we were using in our college days in physics lab are all upgraded to digital ones

You could use it directly and check for heating of wire.. If the wire goes to the bcu, I think it'll be weak to handle the load. If it goes to relays, you could use it directly. Safe to use another circuit with a new fuse and switch to ensure safety of wires.

No BCU in my bike ( UG 5). I have connected directly from battery and the wire heats much
