135->180!!!! Wow! I doubt if even your engine block is 180cc!! It's dangerous to rebore. Why you want to ruin stock settings!? Change sprockets or something!

OT: go home Vijay! You're drunk!!

I always thought p135 is a great bike. But not much mod friendly.180 cc kit wont be a great idea.Reboring alone to increase power is also not a great idea.Conversion to 150 cc,sproketting, air filter+bigger carb, free flow is the way I will go to get more power.

I remember my friend always quote "you re-bore a pulsar, go on a 1000km trip and be back, it will be back to square one, it will be screwed. Instead I recommend a newer block, cam set, rings etc".
135cc with 4 valve leaves very less space to rebore in that tiny block let alone do anything to it. Suggest you not to take the nightmare on all that unnecessary.
Just sell the bike and get another 180cc perhaps a good second hand itself. Anyday a stock 180cc can be better than a rebored 135cc.
There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. So ride safe when you are treading uncharted roads.

The mantra is finding the right guy for the job. but still converting a 135 to 180 is too much.get a sleeve fixed and stay below 150cc on the same block. but before touching your engine try undergearing your bike.

Unless there is somebody you know who is reliable enough and can assure you that this job can be done with relative reliability, then go ahead. If not I would suggest the following way forward, in cause you are eager to get a higer cc bike:

I'm guessing your bike is relatively new, and being from the pulsar family you should get a decent deal in the second hand market. Once sold, you could look for a second hand 180-200c bike.

This will work out financially too, as getting a good engine mod job done will cost you anywere between 10-15k or more. 10k+money from the sale of your pulsar 135, should easily get you a decent second hand 180-200cc find.
