Only two possible causes I can think of, one; the spring, which sits between choke valve & choke cable has now lost its tension (making the valve stay in partly open position)
Or second, the cable itself it making the valve stay open.
For making the AFR correct I have disabled the choke by disconnecting the spring loaded choke cable from the valve. Now the valve sits tightly in its bore.
Need suggestions, Plz help.

I guess it will choke things up..
Anyways will try it. I think I need longer spring or cable.. or maybe both.
and tell them you will be coming in the next day at xxxx time, preferably at 9am because thats when the mech is relaxed and not in a hurry. and when you give it for service make sure you hang around.(they will ask you to leave the bike and go, tell them you are coming from a far off place and cant go back and come.)
but i am surprised there are only 2 Asc's in your city ! and for all you know it may be a simple problem that would get fixed with a proper overhaul of the carb/choke and maybe the tps needs to be checked too (there is a different procedure to check and calibrate the tps, and its a different story)
