The kicker might have broken because the thread in the kicker rod would have gone because of frequent usage. Might be your mechanic while replacing would have remove the right crankcase cover and would have used the same old gasket ... Whenever you open the crank case they must replace the new gasket ...

Clean the fuel tank cap. Reason is simple, as the Petrol gets exhausted the level drops & adequate air needs to flow in to fill the gap. If this does not happen, there's vacuum formed & prevents the fuel from flowing below causing vehicle to stop.
Exactly wat I meant to say...there will be a rubber sealing in the fuel tank cap check tat and see whether it is in perfect shape ...

While the bike jerks and stops just disconnect the fuel tube connecting the fuel tank and carb and see whether the petrol flow is there.

Dinesh je, it's not just the rubber, there's a cork underneath the rubber between the rubber & the metal & there's a hole in it; this hole needs to be enlarged & there's absolutely nothing that will happen (even in rains) if this hole is larger. This will ensure larger air flow to compensate the fuel flowing beneath.

I don't know about red or white washer; I clearly mentioned it in the CORK; the cork will already have a hole in it. FYI, you need to remove the entire assy including the lock to do this. DO IT WITH CAUTION as it is little tricky to put back the entire assy if you remove the lock. Take it to a competent mechanic if you're not comfortable doing it.

Had same issues when i bought my rx 135 recently the bike shutting down was due to carburettor and about bike smoking it should smoke all rxs do its the oil we add. I have fitted working fuel pump it smokes good. I have been introduced to a good mechanic by mr bigbore himself so luckily bike is all running smooth and free. Are you putting adequate oil i dont trust manual methods machines are consistent in this regard.

I accept oil injection is a good way but adding oil manually is also equally good and also the oil pump tune up should be ideal otherwise the bike will start fluttering when excess oil goes in ... The main problem with oil pumps is we will not be aware when it is stopping to work

Yea thats correct i add oil manually which is good but only thing i can see is my rx doesn't emit smoke at all. If going at 40-50 km/h no smoke is visible but 80-90 km/h small amount of smoke can be seen. I think its not a problem right.
