If your bike sputters from the starting itself then you can check the
    Spark plugs and valve clearances
If you are facing problems only after crossing 60 then it can be related to fuel flow and carburettor issues
Also there are a couple of things you can check --
Check whether the air filter is dirty or the vent of the airbox below the seat is being clogged
Also examine the rubber hose connecting the carburettor to the engine
It should be properly fitted and all the screws must be tight.
Also check for over tightened chain and proper alignment of the rear wheel.

    Hope this helps...

thanks a lot for the suggestions. i took the bike to SVC in the afternoon. they checked the engine on dry run and on test run. they told to give the bike tomorrow morning for servicing. at that time i will ask them to check all the above. also my bike is just 3 months old. so i am under warranty.

yesterday i took my bike to the SVC and they checked and told that chain was tightened and the cone set of the handle was not proper. they adjusted the same and now i am not facing any vibration related issues. anyhow my periodic maintenance is due next month. at that i will get everything cleaned and adjusted to the optimal levels.

          Wobbling Issue With Discover 125st

          Hi All,

Recently I changed my bike tryres to Michelin 90/90 front and Ceat Vertigo 100/17/90 rear, since then i see that bike wobbles on the highways and otherwise, i have checked packing of tyres (its fine), i have checked air pressure (its fine).

however still issue persist, could some one please help to understand if any other check is required since my second service is due, i can get changes done accordingly.

Morever, if rim can fit in above tryes, then ideally i dont see any wobbling issue should arise, shoud it?

            Hi jethmalani,

            Welcome to xBHP.

as per manufacturer specifications, for Discover 125ST,
            Front wheel / tyre New design alloy / 2.75 X 17” 41P Tubed
            Rear wheel / tyre New design alloy / 3.00 X 17” 50P Tubed
Please change back to the stock sizes in any of the brands and it will reduce the wobbling. otherwise you will face this wobbling although you have gone through second servicing also.
