IMHO, i dont think its because of the tyres as if it was because of the tyres, would have wobbled at all speeds.
If it wobbles at the rear, get the ''chain life'' thing checked which is at the chain setting nut.

The wobbling is in the front part. And the cone set balls were replaced by the svc guys...but still the wobbling is there in the front.
    Fork oil seal changed.

Did you get the tyre beading done ? Also get balancing of the front wheel done at tyre shop itself

I have left the bike in TVS service station. They have promised me that they'll solve the problem.

Left the bike in SVC and came to know that due to tyre, the wobbling was there. Now they have replaced the tyre.I will test ride it and will update.

And my rtr is only 9 months old and it gets many problems a day and its unable to rectify by the svc people. And i think the bike given to me is manufacturing defected because it had done about 200 kms when they delivered me the bike. And the dealer told me that its brought from Chennai and so its driven for 300 kms.I trusted him and took the bike's delivery. Now if i want the replacement of my bike, what is the procedure?Do you know?
This is one of the most bizarre posts I have ever read in XBHP. You seriously took delivery of a bike already ridden 200km or is that just a typo? And then there's a like for this post. Excuse me for being on the face.

Mate, if your bike was already ridden that much then its not normal. See if you can still do anything. Try to get in touch with TVS guys. Hope it's not too late

It was my fault because i trusted that dealer. He told me that it is driven from Chennai to my place,so it had done 200kms.I tried to get the replacement, but they completely refused.
              Its my bad luck mate

Told ya , tyre was culprit all the time , also you still accepted to buy your bike knowing it has run 200klicks already , seriously that shows your love towards apache. Do let us know whether the problem got solved or not
