I know this is no solution and I don't want to dishearten you, but I too wanted a softer suspension for my pulsar from a long time but then I learned to live with it...

So, adding more foam to the seat is actually a good idea... wont hurt your bike in any sense and you can always very easily get it undone if you don't like it.

i am also facing this issue. tried gas filled. no result. next week going to try sns suspension of discover/platina/ct100. lets hope for the best. it is softer, good ride in discover. length is same. Old pulsar is having almost the same geometry. i am waiting for a new set. Now it is not in stock at cochin. Found people with old calibre, apache, rx100 are using the same. i have asked them. good openion

what is the cost of hunk suspension? i enquired abt cbz, its arround 1000.00 per piece so total 2000.00 ...what is the length?, for pulsar it is 13 inches. since hunk is a new bike, is it available in market?

yesterday i changed to SNS, there is a marginal change in ride quality. far far better than previous. Not tried higher speeds
. It costed 1375.00 including labour charges. Now the pre load is set to lowest position. Mechanic says after some 2000 km, pre load may have to be corrected if required

Guys guys guys! The Pulsar has one of the most rider friendly suspensions in the market! Softest suspension, also the reason why the Pulsar sucks it up on the race track!

Bro, tell you what, I think you should increase the preload, that is stiffen the suspension by one level and then see how you feel. As far as I know, the Zma has a stiffer suspension than the Pulsars..
