How many km since you changed your oil. Clutch plates are fine? Clutch has been adjusted properly?
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Using a fully or semi-synthetic oil will not cause any of these kind of troubles and which oil are you using BTW. . ?

Change the oil brand that you are using to either shell or motul, motul might be on a bit costlier side, so you can stick with shell and I think you'll have that noise disappeared. . . and as you say your bike is just around 8000kms old, try getting the problem rectified under warranty, that'd be best solution and also cost saving one, . . From next time do change to shell advance ax7 semi-synthetic oil, one of the best which I am using now and see for yourself the smoothness of the bike will be improved further. . .

            Cheers!!!

Gears not properly mated or improperly adjusted shift lever position. Get it checked at ASC and as it's under warranty, demand free repair.

since you claim that the problem was there since it was new, why didn't you take it up with the manufacturer ? Either the gears are damaged , or the shift levers are damaged...it need splitting of crank case and replacing the components.....Since you had mentioned that only these two gears shift has problem I am sharing this opinion...If you have shifting problem or noise with other gears also, you may have to adjust the Shift drum position within the gear box...
