        Proof of bike sold

        Hi all,

        I'm planning to sell my used Yamaha R15. I have a doubt regarding the same.

        What can be the proof (documents, etc.) that I have sold the bike?

        For instance, if someone buys my bike and doesn't get the RC transferred and something happens with respect to the bike, then since RC is not yet transferred, I will have to bear the liability. So, what can be the proof that I have sold my bike?
