Man that's really really sad, these service centre guys don't have any moral there main objective is to rob you as much as they could, and then here is this manufacutring company who just keeps sleeping no matter what happens, companies main job is only to manufacture a product and sell it to the dealer after that it's the dealer and costumer matter not the companies one. One of my friends friend used to work here at zonal office in katwaria sarai, i will check whether he is still here or not and if i find he is still working here then i will try to get his number ,will give you his number and you can contact him, as he is an insider he can help more.

actually i am going to purchase hte new karizma zmr and can you tell is itpossible to get free services from any other service centre other than the one where i have purchased my bike from?

never mind i read your case and i am definitely going to find a new dealer now,thanks for the warning and if they call me back i am going to give it in their face that i have gotten a really bad feedback from someone i know(wont take your name ) and thats why i am not purchasing my bike from your showroom,maybe that will mean something to them..
