  • Bike Don't start for a while once it gets on reserve fuel.

I friends hope you guys doing good ,this is my first post although i have been visiting it for a while then thought to get registered here.
I have have a 10 year old CT100 ,very reliable work horse done 90k with out much issues apart from tyre punchers .Have changed both Tyre from stock unworthy tyre to rear MRF & front Ralco & surprising the grip on road improved specially on wet surface & sharp turns .Now I am considering to get a Apacha rtr160 but worried by the fact there is no engine change since the 160cc bike launched & they are only doing the cosmetic changes (may be i heard right).
Ok coming on to my problem .
Now a days a wearied problem cropped out while i was going on my bike the bike came on reserve ,I turned the fuel tap on reserve & tried to start it again but couldn't ,the bike starts on 4 kick but when ever I tried to accelerate it the engine Died (looks like engine not getting enough fuel) after 3-4 min the engine starts normally like a divine intervention .This problem exist when ever bike comes on reserve ,looks like there is some fuel gap when ever the bike comes on reserves although the bike starts but engine dies on first instance of marching & after 3-4 min it behaves normally .

    Query Approved

Maybe it is clogged. Fuel not flowing freely.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Maybe air lock.. remove the fuel tank cap/lid and try to start as soon as it hits reserve.

Maybe rusts deposited in the main reserve knob..
