  • Yamaha Enticer White Smoke Issue

Hello friends, My Yamaha Enticer (make: 2003) puffs out white smoke after riding on highways (after about 15+ kms) or in heavy city traffic (i.e. lots of braking and gear shifting). My mechanic said that there is a worn-out gap between piston and block's wall and this gap increases after the engine heats up. So I got block & piston changed recently and also got the head overhauled. But it does not solve the problem of white smoke. Any suggestions about the possible cause and solution?

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Changed as in were those genuine Yamaha spares that were fitted ??

Did you break-in the engine with the new bore kit ?

There are chances that the head overhauling work was not properly done.

          Thanks for the reply.
Yes, genuine Yamaha parts - new lower block and piston.
Pardon me - i do not understand what's a new bore kit.

Any noise from the engine head? This could also be because of the oil deposits in the exhaust system..

Or i would suggest check the exhaust air injection system( this crap comes in almost all yamaha and honda/hero bikes) Most of the time the sytsem is clogged due to oil in a busted engine.
