^^rain water, sun and washing will degrade your wax, it's normal so don't stress, waxes also need time to harden, you can build up say 4-5 coats of wax over 10 days then you are good for at least 6 months.

Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

        Really?
Its raining here almost every day.Every time I wax and shine, the bike gets on the rain water
        And becomes dull.

I think I will have to coat multiple times and leave for months.

Any way I am using a cheap liquid wax which cost about 100 indian rupees. It gives a really good shine but easily gets washed away.
Will try some branded one and see.

        Thanks.

Keep it out the rain and use a proper wax, like Maguires or Autoglym etc, you'll see the difference.

                From my little experience...

If you use a wax like Collinite 850, it withstands SEVERAL RAIN (read more than 2-3 months), including dirt. The surface will look dirty, but then, 1 wipe with clean water & other clean up using any waterless wash (like ONR) restores the surface to shine. I've tested this for more than 2+ years now & it has been consistently proven (with Collinite 850) that the wax can with stand for 2-3 months, though Collinite says protection lasts for 6 months.

I'm yet to test with other brands of wax, though I personally like to test Collinite 476, which they say is a permanent wax, which lasts for a year!!

The wax surface can be removed only by using a hard shampoo which that more pH value, pressure water wash (not rain even when riding at very high speeds)
