      Hey Abishek,
      The NGK IRIDIUM plugs will cost you between 525-550/ plug and The K&N has two models for P-200, the RC-1060 with crome finish and K&N embossed logo and R-1060 with just a rubber sealing at the cone end. Performance wise both are the same and absolutely no difference. This would cost you 1790/- & 1600/- respectively. Regarding the fitting of the filter, i've seen lot of people fitting directly to the Carb. this is a bit risky b'coz firstly u have to remove ur old airfilter box (thats what all local mechanics do) and fit the filter directly to the carb's mouth and chuck the old filter box, by doing this u cannot lock ur side door as ur airfilter box carries the locking mechanism with it. The best suggestion would be, just remove the top cover of the Airfilter, chuck all the sponge out and fit the filter to the carb's mouth and put back the airfilter top cover cutting down a small portion for the air suction. This will work great as ur filter is secured inside the box which is protected by extreme dust & rain. still giving the performance & the absolute "roar" u want. And this complete set-up is running in my 200 for almost a year without Up-jetting Able to touch 125 kmph and i run out of roads....
      GOOD LUCK....!

          why do u need the air filter element when u've planned to use K&N????? No need of that mate!! Performance is absolutely stunning in my bike, depends on ur bike how u've kept it during the first runs...! Mine is an absolute stunner, had drag with 220, zma, rtr 160 carb & Fi and smoked them all honestly Mileage i dont know as i dont much care about it. Regarding the rear disc assembly, u can check out my 200 in my album(waiting for mods approval). As u've mentioned that u've achieved 134 on ur p-200 i assume its the one with the white dial which has got some serious speedo errors, dont know how much can u get on ur top end with all these mods???? Depends on sprocketing too mate......

              Nice! And there we go...!
              @abhishek,
              Changing the sprocket sizes will indeed affect the bike's performance. Putting on a smaller front sprocket or a larger rear sprocket will increase your launch speed, at the cost of your top end. Putting on a larger front sprocket or a smaller rear sprocket will increse your top end, but decrease your launch speed. Gear Ratio will vary accordingly.

              Changing the front sprocket by one tooth is about the same as changing the rear by 3 1/2 teeth. Bear in mind, you will have to remove or add links to your chain in order to accomodate the different sprocket ratio. It's best to replace all three components at once (chain, front and rear sprockets), since mixing old components with new components results in rapid wear and earlier failure.
              See, there are hell lots of things you can do with your bike, however just remember by doing all this you are also compromising with its life!
              I say K.I.S.S !
              Good Luck..

                any of these performance mods are of no use

                iridium plugs - no gain
                KnN - marginal pickup and top end gain
                jetting- screws up your carb , no considerable again , the bike just becomes a little more rev friendly

                  yeah 200 chain sprocket set is a direct fit on 180

                  you should go for the head of 200 as well

                  how much did the boring and piston cost you ?

                  Thanks for the info.

                  well i did not bore the engine as it would have limited the life of the block to 15000kms. and even if i had bored the engine i would have got the max oversize piston of 194cc(approx) for the 180 block. so instead i went for the company made 200cc block and purposely fitted it under the 180's head for supreme compression and torque. so now i have a brand new block piston and can safely ride for another 30-40k without glitches (once i find the perfect combination of the jet & sprockets). ANd the block piston is a direct fit to the 180 ug3's head/ You will have to weld the cam tensioner a bit, i.e add a piece of metal to it and get the 200's cam tension chain and packing. I had to put 2 head packings to avoid the piston from hitting the head. Well it has worked. Overall cost

                  block piston---1900(camtesion+all the packing)
                  labour-700
                  sprocket chain set--800
                  couple of oil changes--800
                  around 4500 bucks totally. But worth it..the rev limiter is of the engine it happily crosses 10k rpm!!! ihave a 44t (normal 180 ug3 set up) & the bike has insane amount of torque i beat a 220 at 0-60 !!

                  I would strongly suggest that dont go for a bore, although it costs 70 bucks here in thane and the oversize piston will cost you around 700bucks may be less. this mod should be good enough for you to beat a zma or even catch with a R15!! once you get the proper jet size and sprockets.
                  Saving up for a KRP
                  I will post the o-100 figures and yeah the TOP -END !!

                    I got the 200 s headlamp assembly on my UG3. Some simple mod, which i dont remember is to be done, and after that it is a direct fit. It s not a mod actually

                    200's assembly costs 300+ more than the UG3's!

                          The after market clipons are known to come off into your hands on rough terrain... better stick to some stock stuff like those of P220 (now on P180 too) or the RTR's. Most probably you would need to change some other parts too... like the H stem there...

                                @ The madrussian: the first two points are absolutely right mate..but the last one about jetting screwing up the carb is incorrect.A free flowing airfilter with the perfect jetting will increase power by a greater margin than just fitting the filter...And jetting a carb will not ruin it anyday..

                                @meisrossi: "

                                Id beg to differ...you will be able to smoke almost all bikes ranging from the R15 to the 220 in a straight line drag till the bikes reach the top end of the power curve..till that point of time you will be well ahead provided everything is done right.

                                @abhishek...: Just fit the filter directly on the carb...get rid of the oe airbox...no detrimental effects...get a small hole drilled on the sidecover and bolt it on..simple solution to the sidecover lock problem..and about clipons..the new P200's come with the P220's clipons so see if you can get those on ur bike...do not go in for aftermarket clipons unless you are very sure of the brand..!!
