      yeah it is possible but basically hazardous ..once saw in a tv show tht a pyroexpert was able to put up a flamethrower into the headlight of the bike! :O anyways the expert used nitro-something foor the flamethrower..Better now to try it cause you may blow up yourself and others in the middle of the road!

        @SHADEZ N GRAFIX

        ANS TO Q1: drill a hole in silencer on one side just 2-3 cms from the end and connect a tube.

        ANS TO Q2: well u dont actually put an igniter inside exhaust, but at the end of silencer, just at the hole.

        well ....to convince u...i will put some detgailed photos in a day or two.

              Life is like riding a bike. It is impossible to maintain your balance while standing still.

                          Try getting a free flow exhaust without a catalytic converter and get rid of the sensor in the exhaust(I think you got a ZMR).For the people who want this on a carburetted bike, Get a free flow exhaust without a catalytic converter and Instill two to three drops of engine oil to the Needle plunger of the carburettor.It will make the throttle response slightly sluggish but you will get lot of flames from the exhaust when you rev the engine and then release the throttle.P.S do this only when Playing around.Remove the oil from the needle plunger by using petrol or any other solvent after you have done showing off, else your spark plug and fuel efficiency will go for a toss also the sluggish response may catch you unaware during overtaking or crossings and endanger your safety.

                            Wow.. Didn't knew this thread existed!!
                            Here's one more way of doing so:
                            install direct injection NOS, get your (engine's) valves re-enforced, play with timing and get a FFE.
                            It will spit out some 2 - 3 inch long flames when NOS is used.

                              Works on cars with carb's,

                              Floor the accelerator in neutral and turn of the ignition without leaving the accelerator, now still keeping it floored turn on the ignition.

                                its not that what i am looking for. A roadside mechanic told me that it may cost up around 2.5-3.5k.
                                n its like bolts of flam will be spitted out from the exhaust on hitting 8k rpm...
