3M Throttle plate & intake cleaner, u can see the before and after pictures of the parts, how effective the 3M Throttle plate & intake cleaner is. Meanwhile the mechanics attended to the misc jobs like De-carbonizing of Piston, replacing a headlight bulb, chain maintenance & fairing vibes & rattles were fixed with double sided tape. The head arrived the next day fully cleaned. Fitting of head, Throttle body and injector started, and the bike was ready by 3 PM. 1.2 liters of Motul 300 V goes in before a test ride by prabhakar and my self, we felt that the bike is completely different, pulling cleanly throughout the revs and its more rev happy now.
Quality of the work done is top notch and I sincerely felt that the 1000 Km trip for the service is definitely worth.
Started from HYD by 4PM and reached Rajahmundry at 2 AM.Biker of the Year -2013

Hi XBHPians!!! I use to service my bike at Bajaj service center begumpet, but i used to have many problems with my bike after servicing. then i got to know abt [MENTION=11605]Prabhakar[/MENTION] i called him and fixed a meeting and decided a date to service my bike. I got my bike serviced under [MENTION=11605]Prabhakar[/MENTION] supervision and after servicing when i drove my bike there was hell of a difference between the service done my bajaj fellow and him. he decarbonized the engine, changed the seal of the head and filled it with MOTUL 300V. after 2000 kms of service the bike not giving a single priblem and its like butter smooth. THANKS to [MENTION=11605]Prabhakar[/MENTION]. I'm fully satisfied

Very interesting thread and replies.
As my username goes, I have a sweet 180 Classic gathering dust in my garage because I live away from Hyderabad. It has barely done 50,000 kms and when I ride it once in 6 months, it loses some of the charm it had from the last time. I am looking to give it a good overhaul, from top to bottom. Maybe Prabhakar's shop can do a good job. I've always serviced it at Vicky's, near Red Hills. Somebody share the Google Maps location for the shop so that it is better to access for the users here.
