As I said earlier, you have my full support. We can get some outsourcing jobs done like Paintjobs, Stickering, have a good source for NGK plugs, what else Satish&HydBiker can you think of?

      Thanks for the Support!!

My Ultimate Aim is to make my Place in such a way that People around me don't post a problem on the Web but simply VISIT me once or get the info from Fellow bikers in here & get it resolved.

Once I start the Workshop/Store I'll be filling everything done there in this Thread.
With the Photos & Ways to do it.

So that people from other places can browse this thread & do it on their own or approach the nearest SVC & get the things done the way it needs to be done.

      Thats a real long way!!!!

Good stuff, all the best to make it run successfully.
I'm more interested in seeing how the performance mods come out. Lets not consider filter swaps, can con removal etc as performance mods. They are baby stuffs which someone with basic understanding can do and its all DIY.
How about some serious engine works from your end? This should bring out the performance seekers from the dark world.
I'm keen to see how your bike performs in the drag too

@Prabhakar-Great initiative.Seems like you are all set to start the project. The points which would have liked to add are already posted.Just want to add that you have the first mover advantage in Hyderabad(I guess there is no such dedicated shops in Hyd-Correct me if I'm wrong) which is always very helpful for any business but that said you need to be very very patient atleast for the first year. I guess you have already calculated the kind of money that you need to invest for this project.

                Best of luck.

Will be following the details clsely.

Prabhakar here are some points that i could list down..these may have been posted here already by some one else too..these are those which i could grasp during my stay at xBhp..

                  1. Cleaning and replacing Air filter.

                  4. clutch cables and plates.
                  5. stock of oil - bcoz the oil change is done during every servicing(preferably Motul ... coz it can be used universaly )
                  6. normal things/spare parts required during servicing.
                  7. chain spray and chain cleaner
                  8. puncture repair kits

                  11. polish and rubbing compound (if required)
                  12. CO-setting tool for all Fi and Carb bikes
                  13. Fuses and spark plugs as and when required
                  14. air pressure checking and filling tool.
                  15. if alloy is bend then the tool to fix it back or wud that be done manually.

That's a very good initiative!! Wayy to go!

I hope you've thought about the feasibility of this project and you can pull it off successfully!

Read through the previous pages as you posted in the last 2 days and all the points you've made seem sensible to me.

Hoping to see this get underway and you have my support! Good luck man!
