well xtreme cam and free flow next possibly but first this mod only.

just one part is non-stock on engine i.e. spark plug

    currently
    0-60 < 5 s
max speed 112 kmph speedo ! [old sprocket 42\15] and 17" rim 120\80-17"

but i will test them again with more accuracy!!

and what if i mill that gasket ..much safer option

Not sure that you can mill a gasket!

milling the gasket u can never do it..its so thin say 0.1mm or even less never measured but by the looks its damn thin....i would say get a xtreme cam which is 750/- and polish the ports along with this..

if u can please use 18" wheel max of 100/90 size...atleat after all this mods u would definitely love the feel of the bike...

with this in the sense along with ur bump in the compression...polishing not full fledged but jus clear the uneveness in both inlet and outlet ports...and make sure u get a nice mirror finish which helps in better flow of gases...

okay finger crossed!! bike on workshop now...

for the first time i saw uni's cylinder open and i was shocked as there was 3 mm thick carbon sitting on piston laughing at me ; intake valves was also covered in 2 mm carbon layer !... told mech to remove all that and lap it nicely FTW.

i just came from workshop and kind of happy
                some pics not taken much

instead of going 0.400 mm height drop i went for .784 mm which gives me nice 10.1004 : 1 CR. the following are the observation taken on first modified bike ride :

[1] the exhaust gases are now outcumming at rear at faster pace .. kind of similar to bullet ,

[2] there is slight increase in vibs at >80 speed . and engine sometimes feels stressed though not much! but noticeably.

[3] the path breakers , path holes are now ridden with ease as compared to b4 .. implies torque increase and it is quite noticeably , theoretically it is 13.345 Nm baby 13.9 BHP. [stock is 12.8 Nm and 13.3 bhp.]

[4] bike attains 0-60 kmph in arnd 4 sec may be little more but deffinatly faster then previous setup ,

[5] there is nice boost in throttle response and hence pick up while on ~50 -70 kmph ,

[6] slightly more engine heat ..let me study more engine cooling

[7] absolutely NO knocking with normal patrol .. may be i have to chk in little longer ride .. done 20 km after mod only!!

                [absolutely no other mod..]

Abt reliability or durability lets wait and see what trouble i may face though job is done with accuracy and engine is tuned with electronic device by mech I'm still don't want to be paranoid.. and hoping for least trouble .

will updates with more data in future .. !!

                thanx all the guys!

Good that it is not knocking. After you drive a while, some carbon will build up. So, keep us updated. You may want to use a thicker oil to counter any extra heat.

GTX? Won't that oil cause clutch slipping issues? It is meant for cars. At around 250 bucks, Valvoline Premium 4t semi synth is a good oil.

Exactly. GTX would cause clutch slippage and burnt clutch plates.

Drain it ASAP. Use Motul 300V/5100 (700 INR/350 INR)or Valvoline Premium 4T which costs 300 INR.

If u want a mineral oil, Castrol Activ 4T Xtra is the one.

                              Calculate it Right!

I wonder if the Unicorn's head is exactly spherical. even so it would be advisable to measure the volume by using a pipette than by theoretical calculations. also you'll have to use a fuel with a higher octane no. all the best.

Believe me the volume is negligibly small ,may be arnd 0.01 cc will add up if i calculate very precisely
