what was the odo reading when you saw this?

          Wider Rim

I suggest you go for a FZ rear wheel assly.

keep the stock rims and tyres. And FZ rim and tyres are a bad idea. The rim finish is not that good. the fat rubber will bring down a lot of parameters

it's last most option. rim first.

No they are not stock any more , it is like 3800 km since fat tyre mod ,i'm quite aware of fat rubber consequences .. i m fine with that!

              some pics

^^ u can see rim is so thin .. i want slightly ||r side walls of tyre hence need wide rim..

Well, VIV Nicely done and hearty congratulations. I Have also done the same mod's to my cbz may be a little extra but never mind. Engine heating issues, Well yes am facing engine heating issues. I use castrol sprinta 4t fully synthetic oil. I get it from mumbai from a whole sale shop in mere 270 bucks. Yes there are carbon deposits on the piston that needs to be cleared off. Therotically or practically I dont know about the gain or loss But my bike giving 40kmpl i am quite happy with the performance front. Well, I shaved off 0.7mm precisely from the head and gasket assey and sealed it three bond rubber paste. I had read somehwhere that 3 bond rubber paste It would give a gain of +1bhp and the polishing stuffs would give a +1.5bhp gain. Correct me if I am wrong. I have used my sprinta for 11,000kms without any problem. Its a decent syntetic oil but cant be compared to power1 racing. All those bhp gain numbers didnt matter much to me for around 200kms the engine was giving some hickups after the mod but then it stabilized. Here are he stats that I have observed, may be youll find it useful. Before polishing the bike did top 103kmph. and acceleration was like a bullock cart.... As I had bought her second hand. Kept on doing tidd bitts of modd. A k&n filter. But as after polishing I didnt have the k&n I had run her on stock. It toppped 110kmph, sitting erect on the bike.with wind resistance....New clutch plates and pressure plates on....Mind blowing acceleration. fitted k&n and still running it on stock jets. Split fire cable, ngk iridium and 14/42 combi of sprockets. I touch 110 with a ease at 7500rpm final would go around 9000rpm may be i can stretch it to 125 ripping all the throttle. Will check and then post the result.

Next modd:- Zma's Cylinder kit. Zma Camshaft, Zma Rocker Arms,Zma Piston, Zma Timing chain, Zma crankshaft though will need some modification's to crank shaft, Cbz's gbd gear cut in such a way that it same as zma's gbd gear from inside. Coz zma's GBD gear wont fit to my cbz so Will have to modd ma gbd gear itself.
And later after that automatic cdi with which i'll be able to set tdc in valves according to the rpm.

What is that? Programmable CDI allows one to set ignition timings only. Nothing to do with valves.

Yes it has got everything to do with the ignition timings nothing with Valves. I am sorry for the last thread, its just a careless mistake.
Doing all these mods. As the compression ratio will increase. It will result in faster flame propogation rate and as a result it would hit the piston before the top dead center(TDC). Which would increase the heat at insanity levels. A bike with programmable ignition system. We can set the timing of the engine at different rpms. So as the Big bore engine and large compression ratio doesnt overheat and drink gallons of oil.......

118 will be too rich I feel. Have you tried Pulsar's jets? Different upgrades have different jets, right from 108.5 to 117.5.. as far as I remember!

It has mikuni carb and there is no way I can place the mikuni jets to kaihein carb. What do you think?
