What claimed by manufacturer (fuel efficiency, top speed) is newer matches in real world conditions.
            To be more specific
            1. Tyre pressure newer be accurate as tyre pressure gauge never be 100% calibrated.
            2. Temperature (coolant, oil, tyre and inside air, fuel) is never be the same.
            3. Drive chain slag is newer be near the factory recommended values.
            4. Fuel quality difference
            5. Rider and bike aerodynamics.
            Etc.
Now unless an until you are track rider don't push the bike to achieve top numbers. Because you gonna regret when it comes to repair.

There is no problem with the bike. I took my bike on western peripheral highway delhi...top speed achieved 148kmph....it just need a proper launching and a long runway. I ride it for 2 to 3 hours on higway....sometimes it goes upto 148 and sometimes 135....

No, I haven't done any changes. You just need a 100km highway. Shift to 6th gear after 135kmph.
