btw in an engineer's dictionary, there's no word called impossible.
But is it worth the effort that one will have to take to make this mod happen?

@themadrussian-its just the end can with custom made pipe...Also i was planning to replace the camshaft with the one in cbz xtreme
@Technocrat-well, i would surely take into account the effort involved into the job..i also thought i might get somebody who might have done the same before and might get his feedback..

I built the fastest Unicorn in the country. It clocked 127kph in 400mtrs. Was still running a stock camshaft though and was a 195cc big-bore. The engine would rev upto 12000rpm and on a roller bench test, it clocked 0-60 in 3.4 secs and 100 in 8.9secs and top-speed of 137kph (with the gearing and ignition cutting off), all this with part load. In real, the bike did a true 131kph without any aerodynamics on the speedgun gun in some 500mtrs.
I didnt find the need of an oil cooler on an engine like this. The Unicorn has an oil pump centrally located and is routed through the crank cases to the top of the head via the cylinder head studd. Its not easy to route an oil-cooler.
Well, why mod when its not needed?
Yes, the engine that i build produced a lot more heat than stock but then, I have better ways of cooling it down even without an oil heat sink. I'd rather run an oil-cooler on my Fiero, coz its easer to route and it has external plumbing. Unicorn is going to be a nightmare, although yes it can be done.
When you say, you have done heavy mods, I'm just wondering what that means

now thts what i call an answer
if there is no need to go for tht mod so y do u want to go for tht
yur bike is ok without tht there no so called heavy nods in yur bike
              as u mentiond earier
if u r just goin fo show off u will screw up yur bike dude
if still u want to get tht installed u can go at KRP and get tht done coz i dont know anyone else who is more better then them in doing all these works and tht too in a really professional way

why not a exotic water cooling , have ur cyclinder removed [only cylinder block , not valve-head.] and ask any Al welder to make chamber around it and rest is pritty much self explainatory.

                    Its not needed yaar.
As long as you are not radically modifying the engine. There are many complications invloved in making adding an oil cooler or adapting to a liquid cooled system. Else you'll ruin everything.

how much does a Oil cooler work compared to normal air cooled engine ? how much would be approx diff. in Oil temperature in degree celsius ?
