Faced this problem once, because the choke cable had snapped. For you problem, the next time you wash the bike make sure that the water does not reach the CDI. If that happens you just have to open the bolt of the tank and pull the CDI out, Blow into the terminal and refix, your prob should be solved. The other thing to do is blow in to the plug terminal and attempt starting with choke pulled.Comment

Always do a compressed air spray after a water wash. Better if u ask the person who is washing it, not to spray water continously near the spark plugs, switchgear and speedo.When everything comes ur way, u r in the wrong way ;)

get your bike checked from a good machenic. i mean to say if you understand the wiring and all then then just check for a possible crack in the wirring or take it to a mechanic. and surely your problem would be sorted.Originally posted by Sikhbiker View Post

Going forward with all said above, remember to WASH ur bike. Don't BATHE ur bike bro.
Why dont you wash ur baby YOURSELF? The pleasure and sense of satisfaction is different.
I normally wash my bike and ride it after an hour or two, not immediately. THis mite also solve ur problem because ur giving it time to drip off all excess water and giving it some time to dry also.Never Argue with an Idiot !!!
