      I totally agree with vijith, u can take this issue to the consumer court. But before that i suggest u file a complaint with the consumer forum. Please Take a look at this website http://www.consumergrievance.com/; for more details and Procedures on how to go about.

      It has almost all the details, like the addresses of consumer courts, consumer's rights, success stories, etc.

        When i went to get my cbz xtreme the largest showroom in Kancheepuram
        The staff attitude was like they were selling some kinda bannana or something.No one gave a demo i have to ask 4-5 "staffs" to just to show them a customer is in the room.Then the manager came he was more keen on getting the money we had than telling the delivery time(they had no stock).This is exactly what he said "sir give me the money now i will see what i can do".We just stood up and walked away.

          My friend picked up the new P220 Today, got it Tefflon coated for Rs700
          Kivraj Manager helped him to get a Fancy number as it was the first P220 bike in Bangalore.
          At last he is now happy with their response
