You could check out the UCD32(CV32) that is coming on the P220 DTSi. I am not sure about the inlet manifold/flange dia though.

      Cheers,

BRO NEW CARB FRO K@N NO NEED TO DO SUCH KIND OF MODIFICATION SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MAIN JET TO 117.5 FROM PULSAR 180 WITH PROPER AIR AND FUEL MIXTURE THEN YOUR BIKE WILL FLY OR YOU CAN GO FOR PULSAR 220 MAIN JET THAT'S IT...
i have used 117.5 but tuning is not going well...pick up is fine but bike misses at high rpms....its the air fuel mixture prob. i think ...any suggestions to get perfect tuning,,,

Are Bhai, ZMA main Jet No. 125 is close to 111-112 main jet of mikuni range. Try using it.

            Happy RTRing.

YOUR BIKE IS MISSING HIGH RPM BECAUSE YOUR CARB IS NOT FITTED PROPERLY AFTER UP-JETTING IT.....GO TO TVS WORKSHOP...FOR PROPER FITMENT...
AND SECOND THING TO GET HIGHER RPM AT MOVING THROTTLE YOU NEED TO CHANGE SPARK PLUGS...
LASTLY IS YOUR BIKE JERKING AT HIGH SPEEDS.....
filter is fitted on the carb directly through the pipe(see my album),,,,these workshop men here r useless...they tried to tune but couldn't tune 117main jet with stock carb...right now i m going with 107 main jet...its going great with pick up ,,,but takes time from 70 to 100 kmps(no hickups though) ...Well about plug i say that i have ordered ngk iridium cr7eix...it will b coming soon...hope it does well with 117 jet,,no jerkings though

with stock carb...right now i m going with 107 main jet...its going great with pick

but bro if you run k&n on stock jet with leaner mixture your engine will heat up
The proper AF or rich mixture cools the piston crown. The lean makes hot crown. So we can say petrol is also act like coolant for engine.
Lean mixture always cause lot of problem.
                  1. Engine Starving.
                  2. Over Heating.
                  3. Power Loss.
                  4. Mileage problem.
so it is better to change the main jet...
