hmm serious..... very serious...... anyways...heres what i have to say.... approach the main manager for the whole area.... tell him all these problems are arising.... and that u demand a new bike(replacement)... believe me.... its what u have to do...and that u have lost all hope... and if they dont agree to it, the consumer court is always there.

... if i were u i would have sued them by now

... but thats just me...

more over think about it. its injustice to ur money and time...

P.S... im not standing against any particular company... as a consumer its ur right.. get back in touch and let me kno how things are doing..

@ above....

i mailed them na.. i got a reply from GM service... then a engineer approached me .. asked me to bring my bike... they tested my bike and delivered it on tuesday ... its fine as of now... but the prob usually arises after few days only.. lets see what happens after a week or so
