    [Help]: R15 modification.

    hello guys i am Leshy.... i am a new member of the forums

    i recently got a YZF R15 and i would like to modify it
    the list goes as below
    1.custom paint job to yellow or red and white (as like the R1)
    2.projector headlamps
    3. K&N air filter (R1100)
    4.iridium spark plugs
    5.osram night breaker bulbs
    6. a good silencer (please suggest one )
    7. tinted headlamps

    this is all i could think for now..... if you have any suggestions please mention

    also mention a good shop in chennai where i can modify my bike and do mention the prices for the above

        Does the K&N really help.. People suggested me not to install it because it makes the bike run on lean mixture.
        and as for other mods, i'll say that stick to stock man.. The bikes good as it is.

          hey actually i just want to do a few cosmetic mods and performance mods
          is the dagrex silencer worth paying 17k for?
          i am not happy with the headlight brightness.... what about the osram night breaker is it good. if so which is the best model for R15...
          a friend of mine said that HID heats up the bulb casing and causes it to melt
          is it true?

              i also remember reading in this forum that if you install K&N for R15 you need to adjust the air and fuel mixture manually . if that be the case is there a reliable installer in Chennai who can do this for me also apart from installing the K&N

                    Free flow exhaust custom made ~ 7.5k
                    powering up my bike to touch 170 ~ 8k
                    which incl
                    porting and polishing
                    throttle body enlargement
                    and more

                              did he tell u he's gettin you the full tuned pipe? or u gettin only the end can done???

                              and who owns tat yellow R15?? IIRC, it was a black R15 before and it has been repainted and i believe its got a dagrex exhaust now... tat bike i've seen in my college...
