    Because they are new and at full thickness, you would experience it. It would free up with use. Regarding the play, you mean to say there is too much lever play?

      i mean to say halfway bt nw dats solved..bt wheels stil nt free man..one more question 2 u buddy regarding calipers..mechanic installed pulsar ka calipers on ma cbz cuz my previous calipers wer worn out..he says its better if u get d original ones..nw d question is original do mai milta hai..i mean 2 say..hero honda ka indian make Rs10/- per caliper and one hero honda jap make Rs121/- per caliper..which 1 do i use?? hero honda guys say ''sir yeh indian walla jyaada use hota hai aap use kar sakte ho..jap walla boht mehenga hai..humlog cbz aur karizma mai yehi use karten hai"..
      nw plzz help me regardin dese calipers man..thnx
