    no no,its not the engine stress,no rpm drop at all never ,,,
    i am telling about electrical stress,the light s get depressed for a moment while in full load + horn is pressed.also there is no problem at all in relation to engine.no rpm drop after even full load,not even slightly.i havent touched my ideling screw in last 1 year.its same as before ,at start its stuk at 1000 rpm,no more no less,after the mod also.
    i think my battery is little weak and its the original one which came with the bike,more then 4 year old,my mechanic also told so,but he also added with the extra powerfull charging system i can march along with this relatively poor condish battery.

      On low rpm, alternator produces less current so power requirement will be met from the batt, its natural, check for anything like @4k and above, if then ur alt is not powerful enough for feed more than 55W.

            a few of the results!!!!

            its a 55/60 phillips xtream power,no hid!!thanks a lot gurus for helping me out!
            my dream became true!!!yes its all dc now!!
            its fiat palios position lamps,a nice bluish tint to eagle eyes!!

            even my friend a fellow xbhp member who owns this brand new p 220 belives the improvment is EQUAL or EVEN BETTER then p 220!!!!we rode 100 kms last night in dense black highway side by side ,then he reached this conclusion!!! SO P 220 WITH BIKINI FAIRING WITH 55/60 BULB WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH,TRUST ME NOW,all i can say those projectors are hugely over rated!! dont kill me for sayin this,simply i cannot say anything after testing the bikes last night....

            highway rides were never so easy before in the dark!!!!


            all i want to say thank you all ,thank you xbhp,thank you abhi,thank you rahul,thank u sajit,without you guys this was not even thinkable!!!!!!!!!!!

              Projectors are really hyped very much
              Its beneficial to on coming traffic only !!!
              No way useful from riders point
              Except for lossless light and proper spread.

                Not good for riders? Even I think so sometimes especially on HBms yar But on LBm its great to see the roads, I am planning to shift the lens to car once I get some time, as its a very time consuming affair.

                But one thing Shree, an HID with Projector wont attracts the cops too. Yesterday I too was stopped for a road check by cops, and I was on my AE only, costable asked me to stop and once I reached them the inspector want to know from where did I got this, luckily he was a friendly and having some knowlege about HID glares too. He told me that there r many monkeys running with HID on reflectors which they r going to tightening the checks. He also want to know whether am ready to share my other lens for his ZMA. While the demonstration going on, other bikers too gathered and my dear cop was explaining to all the benefits.

                @Drvtm, nicely narrated, could've post the beam spread too for the authenticity for others not for us, we all r convinced earlier.

                  Damn to low beam on Highways !!

                  Can u suggest me any small round reflectors which holds H4 bulb ?? Like the Avenger/Enticer or any other which should be capable of withstanding heat of 55/60w as well.

                    Tell me if u've any, even am after that Did u forgot I've asked for ur fogs pics Shree ,now I understood the importance of the FG in ur bike

                    Am planning to visit to the junk yard to source a good round dedicated HB and mod it.

                      i think if i remember correctly dcm toyota trucks used a smaller ,i think 4 inch headlight,there were 4 of them,i am pretty damn sure there are in the market.they used to come up with 90/100 bulbs ,so heating is not an issue at all..
                      ps.why do u need smaller one,a normal amby 6 inch will do wonders!!
                      also i think hella manufactures a nice round ,oval ,squerish lamps for cars 55 w rated,u can give them a look.i am thinking gettin one fitted in my friends p 220.dammn nice spread these!!

                        Shree, where do u accomodate the new H4 in the fairing with a 3" lens? Or as an Aux? No H4 is available less than 6" except the auto's but not the P43t base

                          time for some calculation

                          well gurus,my setup is working very fine with a 55/60 bulb,no strain at all,even when i tested the battery from exide last day,they said after seeing the mod,the battery is in top condish!!they were amazed to see the charging voltage and battery gravity,.they also added all ac+dc pulsys battery are always run a little low on charging,but in my bike its behaving entirely differently!!its almost like a car battery condition!!!

                          now the load calculation-
                          headlamp-60w
                          two position lamps-10w
                          3 console lamps-15w
                          rear position-5w
                          number plate lamp-5w

                          up to this total 90 watts

                          then other loads are
                          break lamp-21w
                          indicates-20w
                          horn-?75 w

                          i can feel there is some stress when all lights are on and break is applied with indicaters and horn is pressed,but its not that severe,and does not resulting in battery low at all and i stress that!!NO MORNING START ISSUES EITHER!!i personally feel a bigger amp battery like 11 amps or 14 amps will do wonders here,then no stress can be found!!

                          i am pretty sure from the load i am using my coil is giving close to 100 watt roughly!!i am not sure though.
                          the voltage is around 13 volts with loads @2.5 k rpm.is it normal?
                          also i want to know how to calculate the exact coil wattage?also how to know is the battery is draining or charging with load with engine on,i have 2 amp meters of cars lying down with me.it was fitted in my fiat to know charging status,can it be of any help?if yes ,how to use it ,circuit diagram please..

                          also i wonder ,whts the wattage of led?i know it very little,but how much little?

                          i am thinking to change all the possible 5 w lamps with leds to save current and switching to a mighty 90/100 halo?i will change to amby refleter before doin that otherwise my original reflecter will go bust!!

                            Same here too! Touchwood! Bike starts after 15 days lying in garage. Self is strong as ever.

                            now the load calculation-

                            Absolute normal is 13.8v to 14.6v at around 3k-5k rpm.

                            Use the ammeter in series with the +ve battery terminal. Connect like this - +ve battery terminal wire to ammeter, ammeter other wire to +ve battery terminal. Dont use self start like this. Ammeter may be damaged.

                            also i wonder ,whts the wattage of led?i know it very little,but how much little?

                            As little as 50mW or so per LEDs

                              I am planning to give naked looks with 2 round headlights
                              I don't want just the reflector unit, but the entire set !!
                              1 X 6" is not sufficient bcz my plan is to put HID in 1 and Halogen in other.

                              Not inside fairing !! Remove stock headlight and put 2 Round Headlights.

                                U Can save 2 position lamps will give u 10W, if possible, follow Abhi's LED mod for console as well as tail lights will free up more power.
