Carrying luggage matters a lot. He packed up entire stuff in just saddle bag and tank bag (For both). Bcz you can't carry back packs for long distances and it can strain u both.

abish is your pillion male or female in another forum read a travellogue in which the guy took his wife along with him as pillion and returned halfway since she got fever have yourself fit people male or female check if your p135 can handle you both with the luggage you are expected to take for the leh trip by doing a short trip to a place near by a overnight haul more preferably the hill station very close to you have a first aid kit have a word with your family doctor

My pillion will be my friend, who is male. We traveled together many times. I always keep water and first aid kit for short journeys too. But I will remember that.

Thanks for the idea. I will take a small trip to hill station nearby to check whether we are ready yet.
