RC Name Transfer

      HI Atul, in case the owner B has the transfer papers signed from the first owner A, then you have no other option but to ask the Owner B to transfer it to his name and then after that is done, you have to get it transferred to your name.

      PS: If the forms are blank without the details of the person the bike was sold to and the date, you can simply fill your name in the buyer section and then submit for transfer.

        I have bought the used Yamaha on 28th May 2015, I have to get the RC transfer to my name, I have RC , insurance, bike sale deed with me, what else documents do I need and what is the procedure..??

        P.S. I live in Delhi.

          1. Tax payment receipt.
          2. Pollution Under Control Certificate.
